• Get a Lucky Scratch Card with EVERY $20 purchase at any of our retail outlets from 1st July 2025 to 30 September 2025! (Or While stocks last!) 

• Scratch the Lucky Scratch Card and redeem your prizes (if any) at the outlet where you made your purchases from our friendly staff. 

• Different prizes have different redemption details. Please follow the instructions on the Scratch Card or please approach our friendly retail staff at the outlet where you made your purchase for any clarifications.

Terms and Conditions

The Terms and Conditions applicable to the ‘SKP Retail Exclusive Scratch & Win!” campaign (“Campaign”) which runs from 1 July 2025 to 30 September 2025 or until all scratch cards are distributed, are stated below.

General

• By participating in the Campaign, participants agree to be bound by and comply with these Terms and Conditions and any amendments as may be made from time to time without notice.

• SKP employees, affiliates, contractors, suppliers, vendors and/or their immediate family members (spouse, children, parents, and/or siblings) are not eligible for the Campaign. The Campaign is only open to Singaporeans and Singapore Residents. 

• Damaged, altered, photocopied, and/or illegible scratch cards will not be accepted.

• Winners shall collect their prizes in person and must present the original winning scratch card accompanied with a valid receipt. All instant and redemption prizes must be claimed at any SKP outlet within 7 days from the date of purchase, or by 30 September 2025, whichever is earlier.

• Premium prizes can only be claimed at SKP HQ at 28 Loyang Drive Singapore S(508959) and within 14 days from being notified after submitting a verified winning scratchcard. All other prizes can be claimed at any SKP outlet or at SKP HQ. Winners must present valid photo identification when claiming premium prizes. Late claims will not be entertained. All unclaimed prizes shall be forfeited and the forfeited prize will be dealt with at SKP’s discretion.

• This is a RETAIL EXCLUSIVE CAMPAIGN – ONLY RETAIL TRANSACTIONS ARE ALLOWED. To participate, participants must make a minimum purchase of S$20 in a single receipt at any participating SKP retail outlet to receive a scratch card. Purchases of gift cards, vouchers, and discounted items are excluded from the qualifying spend.

Prizes

·      Prizes are given on an “as it is” basis, and are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, non-refundable, not redeemable for cash and cannot be replaced if lost, damaged, and/or expired.

• SKP reserves the right to substitute, withdraw, and/or change any prize without prior notice to participants.

• Prizes may include third-party products. These third parties are not affiliated with or responsible for the Campaign.

• Prizes are intended solely for the personal use and enjoyment of the winner, and are not transferable, assignable, and/or intended for resale.

• SKP reserves the right to void an entry or reclaim a prize if evidence of resale and/or abuse is found.

• The availability of the prizes is strictly subject to the quantity as set out under the Campaign and redeemable on a “first come first served” and “while stocks last” basis.

Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, SKP shall not be liable for any loss, damage, and/or injury whatsoever incurred as a result of participating in the Campaign or usage of any of the prizes. Participation in the Campaign and use of prizes shall be solely at the participant's own risk.

• If applicable, all warranty claims with regards to a prize shall be directed to the relevant manufacturer. SKP makes no representations or warranties in respect of the prizes and all implied warranties are excluded, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of satisfactory quality, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose of any of the prizes.

• SKP shall not be liable for any lost, stolen, and/or misplaced cards.

Fraud & Misconduct

• Winners shall collect their prizes in person and must present the original winning scratch card accompanied with a valid receipt. Failure to do so will result in disqualification.

• Each winning scratch card can only be redeemed once. Any attempts to make multiple claims on the same winning card will result in disqualification.

• Any attempt to tamper with the scratch card or game the Campaign will result in disqualification and legal action where necessary.

• SKP reserves the right to void entries or reject redemptions suspected of fraud or abuse.

Publicity & Privacy

• By participating in the Campaign and/or accepting a prize, participants expressly consent to SKP collecting, using, and disclosing their personal data, including their name, likeness, videos, and/or photos for promotional purposes without compensation, in compliance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2012. These materials may be used in print, digital, and/or social media platforms managed by SKP.

• Personal information collected will be used only for Campaign-related purposes, including marketing communications about similar future promotions. Participants may withdraw their consent for the collection, use, and/or disclosure of their personal data at any time by contacting our Data Protection Officer at retail@skp.com.sg.

Campaign Modifications

• SKP reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate the Campaign at any time, withdraw and forfeit any prizes without any further notice or liability to any party without prior notice and for any reason as SKP deems fit.

• In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms & Conditions and any brochures, marketing or promotional materials relating to this Campaign, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail.

Final Decision

• All decisions made by SKP regarding the Campaign, including prize redemptions and participant eligibility, are final and binding and no correspondence will be entertained.
